Charles is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran with 21 years of service, bringing discipline, strategic thinking, and operational precision to infrastructure leadership.
With over a decade in IT, he has built deep expertise in enterprise infrastructure and cloud management, specializing in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Defender, and Office 365. His experience spans server architecture, virtualization, EMC storage, network design, and systems administration.
